Thank you for choosing Luleo Maison for your candle needs. Our return and refund policy align with European Union regulations to ensure transparency and fairness. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to return any purchase within 14 days without providing any justification. This 14-day cooling-off period starts from the day the goods are delivered. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline isn't extended until the next working day.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the candles must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The candles should not show any signs of burning, melting of the wax, or damage to the packaging. Normal imperfections on the surface of the candle, inherent to the nature of wax, are expected and not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@luleomaison.com within the 14-day cooling-off period. Provide your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on the return process.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@luleomaison.com.

Non-Refundable Items

Candles that show signs of burning, melting, or damage may not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, normal imperfections on the candle's surface are not considered valid reasons for a refund.

Modification of Return and Refund Policy

Luleo Maison reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
