Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Bulgaria.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders should be processed, dispatched and delivered to your door within 7 working days from purchase date. While we strive to deliver your order within that timeframe, please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of issues beyond our control, including but not limited to unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or any technical issues that may arise with our carrier partner Speedy, the 7-day delivery window may be affected. While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items in your order. We have partnered with Speedy, a trusted third-party carrier, to provide you with efficient and cost-effective shipping services.
- Delivery to your door under 1kg: EUR 3
- Delivery to your door between 1 to 3kg: EUR 4
- Delivery to your door between 3 to 6kg: EUR 5
- Delivery to your door between 6 to 10kg: EUR 6
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment on the Speedy website.
Delivery Confirmation
We require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order. If you are unavailable at the provided delivery address, Speedy will make additional attempts to deliver your package or provide instructions for alternative arrangements.
